  Tdbank is holding my checks for two weeks, even though they are getting funded from the payroll company within two business days. For the first 60 days you have an account they can hold the check up to 2 weeks before making available to your checking account. It took them 1 month to mail me a debit card with a chip. I went to the Grant ave branch to ask a manager to fund the check into my account because they were holding my checks for two weeks and the assistant manager was rude to me and told to take it up to the bank manager when he got back from vacation.

  This branch is absolutely everything but America's Most Convenient Bank. They made a mistake with my check order and when I returned to fix the problem, again they made another mistake. I went back a third time but the bank representative was awfully condescending. She continuously spoke over me and did not try to listen to what I was trying to say. I had to leave to attend other time sensitive matters then sit there to try to speak to someone who obviously not trying to listen to me. Once more, I must return a fourth time to get my order straightened out. I am not looking forward to being treated like dirt. This branch breeds mistakes and does nothing to own up to it. It should not be such a hassle to order new checks.
