  I sustained a severe injury during the winter of 2009 due to a slip and fall which required immediate surgery. Due to the circumstances surrounding my injury, my husband and I never considered hiring a lawyer. Tom Murphy was the only lawyer to return my call and proceeded to schedule a time for us to meet. He was very accommodating and offered to come to me which left an impression on me. After hearing about the details surrounding my injury, Tom Murphy reassured me that I did have a valid case. This was my first experience in bringing suit against someone so I didn’t know what to expect. He took the time to explain the course of action he would be taking and the length of time a case like mine would possibly take. Tom Murphy guided me through every step of the process while continuously offering his legal expertise. In the end, Tom Murphy successfully won me a handsome settlement that I initially would have forgone because I was legally uniformed until I met Tom Murphy. Thank you.
