- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm only using UPS to host my business mailbox. I'm starting an online business and I don't want my home to be my business address so I went in to get a mailbox maybe a few weeks to a month ago. I didn't get her name but a woman who worked there (I think she had pink hair) was very very friendly and helpful. I see a lot of 1 star reviews about the shipping service, I haven't shipped anything from UPS so I can't comment on that but as far as the customer service, at least the day I came in, was professional.By Alexis Downing, December 01, 2016
