  Extremely incompetent, no one seems to know anything. I waited for one hour for customer service even though there was exactly one person ahead of me. Not that they seemed like they were doing much, that person was also waiting for the employee to ask every single person working there if they know how to answer their question. Same scenario repeated with me. Eventually my questions weren't answered of course!

  This branch is not illegal friendly. I have an old checking account and credit card with TD Bank. Today 10/22/16 they refused to withdraw money from my checking account pretending that I need a visa on my renewed passport even I showed my expired DL, work permit and new passport. More than that, the worker Miss Randa wanted me to close my account to get my money. So, to close the account, the passport is accepted. She refused to give me the slip that I signed to withdraw the money unless I close my account. I asked her to print out a policy that requires showing a passport with a visa but they refused. When I talked to the manager on the phone, he asked me to apologize to his team so I get my money, so no visa is required if I beg them. I am going to escalade this issue with the head office of TD bank.

  The US most inconvenient bank! Since I opened the account with them, I kept encounter different issues and problems (log in issues, unable to verify my identity, etc). And even when I want to close the account, they asked me to write a request, and has to be notarized. I will never deal with TD bank ever again!
